How old do you have to be to jump on the trampolines?
Jumping on the trampolines is suitable for all ages!

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and T-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. You may not wear shoes on the trampolines. No jewelry is permitted on the trampolines. Only our special Altitude safety socks are allowed on the trampolines. Altitude socks can be purchased at the counter for $4 and reused on every visit! Refer to our park rules for more details. 

Altitude Trampoline Park has a dress code designed to maintain the park's family atmosphere. We do not allow clothing generally considered offensive. Profanity, obscene gestures, obscene statements, pictures of illegal substances, insignias of para-military groups, all gang-related items or clothing, costumes or disguises that conceal identity and adult full-face makeup are prohibited. Shirts must be worn at all times, including entering or leaving. 

Is food available?
Drinks, ICEES, Velvet ice cream, pizza, and other concessions are available at the snack bar.  

Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes, you can book jump time online, including fitness classes, parties, and more. Note: We are unable to transfer pre-purchased tickets for future days/times or refund any extra tickets bought. Online jump tickets are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Coupons cannot be applied to online tickets or combined with other purchases either online or in park.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No, however, time slots often fill up quickly. Without a reservation, there is no guarantee space will be available.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who jumps on our trampolines must first sign our waiver. Those under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Altitude Trampoline Park prides itself on maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe jumping environment. If any management, court monitors, or front desk staff witness actions that compromise these values, Altitude Trampoline Park may –

• Prohibit jumpers from entering the jumping platforms/specific attractions
• Prohibit jumpers from entering the premise
• Ban jumpers from the park for a set amount of time
• Close down an attraction early if jumpers are not able to jump & play in a fun, friendly, and safe manner

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ADMINISTERED IN THE EVENT THAT ALTITUDE TRAMPOLINE PARK FINDS THAT THESE VALUES HAVE BEEN COMPROMSIED.
